According to Fox 2 News Detroit a young woman, Charda Gregory, was detained in November of 2013 in Warren for disorderly conduct and destroying property. While in custody an Officer restrained Gregory and cut off her weave and much of her natural hair. The case was recently settled out of court and the officer was fired.
